1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MeetDone (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Thicle Sarl-S, a company registered in Luxembourg.

2. Service Description

MeetDone is an AI-powered service that converts meeting transcripts into professional follow-up emails. The Service includes:

• AI-powered email generation from meeting transcripts
• Email history storage (last 10 emails)
• User account management
• Free and paid subscription tiers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use MeetDone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Tier

• 3 free email generations per month
• No payment required
• Usage resets on the 1st of each month
• Limited email history (last 10 emails)

4.2 Paid Plans

We offer the following paid plans:

• Lifetime Access (Limited Offer): €99 one-time payment for the first 100 users only. After 100 users, pricing will change to €29/month subscription.
• Monthly Subscription: €29 per month (available after first 100 lifetime users)

Note: The €99 lifetime offer is limited to the first 100 customers and subject to availability. Once this limit is reached, only monthly subscriptions will be available.

4.3 Fair Usage Policy

To ensure sustainable service for all users, the following limits apply:

• Free Tier: 3 emails per month
• Lifetime Pro (€99): 500 emails per month
• Monthly Subscription (€29): 300 emails per month

These limits are designed for personal and business use and exceed typical usage (most users generate 20-50 emails per month).

Usage Tracking: Your usage count resets on the 1st of each month. Commercial reselling or automated abuse of the service is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

If you have legitimate business needs exceeding these limits, please contact us at info@meetdone.io to discuss higher tier options.

4.4 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• We do not store your credit card information

5. Billing and Renewals

5.1 Monthly Subscriptions

• Billed monthly on the date you subscribe
• Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period

5.2 Lifetime Access

• One-time payment of €99
• Access continues indefinitely as long as the Service operates
• No recurring charges
• Subject to these Terms and any future updates

6. Refund Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds for renewals.
• Lifetime Access: Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if you've generated fewer than 10 emails.

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use MeetDone to:

• Generate emails containing illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, malware, or viruses
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The meeting transcripts you input
• The emails you generate and send
• Ensuring you have the right to process and share meeting content
• Compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Service Ownership

MeetDone and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Thicle Sarl-S. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or design
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of:

• Your meeting transcripts
• The emails generated by the Service

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: MeetDone uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate emails. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI may occasionally produce errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• You must review all generated emails before sending
• We are not responsible for emails you send without review
• AI output is not legal, medical, or professional advice

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Service will meet your specific requirements
• All bugs will be corrected immediately

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service (with notice)
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Update features and pricing (existing customers grandfathered where reasonable)

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in Settings
• Or contacting us at info@meetdone.io

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days (unless legally required to retain)
• No refunds for remaining subscription time (except as stated in Refund Policy)

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• MeetDone is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Anthropic, Stripe, etc.)

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thicle Sarl-S from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you input or emails you send

14. Privacy

Your use of MeetDone is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately for new users
• 30 days after notice for existing users

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg
• Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg
• EU Users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thicle Sarl-S regarding the Service.
